Warranty Policy

At PEAKFPV, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If you encounter any issues due to defects in materials or workmanship, rest assured, we’ve got you covered.

Warranty Period

Our products come with a 2-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. During this time, if your product is found to be defective, we will either repair or replace it at no extra cost.

Exclusions

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

1) Damage caused by improper use or operation contrary to our user manuals.
2) Alterations, unauthorized repairs, or abuse of the product.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or non-functional, reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. Provide us with:

1) A photo or video explaining the issue.
2) A photo of the shipping label and original packaging.
3) Upon verification, we’ll process a refund or replacement. For high-value items (as determined by our Customer Service), you may be asked to return the product at our expense.
